The aromatic, juicy and tasteful semi dried tomatoes is the evolution of sundried quality. Humidity levels reach 33% instead of 15% found in common sundried tomatoes. Our tomatoes are dried without any additives and are preserved with thermal pasteurizing. No added salt or oil.
Semi Dries Black date olives are picked when they have matured and are fully ripe and have also a higher oil content, which gives them a milder flavor and softer texture.
Without added salt or preservatives, we succeed in drying the olive preserving all its phenolic compounds while keeping the oleuropein on the highest levels possible!
